Field Trip to Crystal Springs

Since I may be gone over spring break, I decided to come in on Tuesday, February 3rd to make up my time and we went on a field trip to Crystal Springs! The entire first grade went on this trip and we explored the preserve. The students were able to learn about pollution, insects, animals, and the springs. They loved completing hands-on activities and wrote about what they learned after the trip. It was great to be a part of this exploration and I enjoyed watching my students make connections to the classroom!
